Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

  • For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can arrange a prompt replacement.
