Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to complete your return.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products returned damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5–7 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@luxianlifestyle.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with photo proof within 3 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
